-We visited the Sonoran Sea in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) for the first time in 2004 with our teenage boys.  It was love at first sight. We loved the location of the resort on the beautiful Sandy Beach, the sunrises, sunsets, amazing food, the people and how rested we felt when we returned home.  We have been avid fans of renting homes for vacation for many years and decided that we would purchase our own piece of paradise (703W) and couldn't be happier!  We have decided to name this special place, Casa Bendicion because it's been a huge blessing to us!  It needed love, paint, updating and repair when we purchased it and it has been restored to the beautiful pearl it was meant to be. We'd love to share this home with you.  A year and a half later, the unit right next door became available (704W).  This would allow us to have up to 8 people (4 bedrooms and 4 baths when combined). It is approximately a 4 hour drive from Phoenix, the last hour or so being in Mexico.  All you need is a passport and Mexican insurance for your car and you are good to go!  Let us share these special places of blessing with you.

 Located on beautiful Sandy Beach, The Sonoran Sea is the perfect place to unwind.  Our units are oceanfront condos with a 300 square foot covered balcony located on the 7th floor.  We love the privacy of being up higher to enjoy the view and wonderful sea breezes.  Our pristine kitchen is fully equipped with new modern stainless appliances, Keurig (703), coffee pot(704), dishes, cookware, and utensils.  Whether you love to cook in or go out, you are in the right place.  We also offer a washer and dryer for your convenience.  Bath, bed and kitchen linens are provided.  We have three flat screen smart TVs. You'll find our place spotless and comfortable, it will be your home away from home.  Our units both have high speed Internet and free calls to the US and Mexico.  Everything you need to rent from ATVs, kayaks, boogie boards to jet skis are at your disposal.
