Our Story

It Started with a Long Weekend. We Never Stopped Coming Back.

Our family first visited Rocky Point in 2004, and something about that drive south through the Sonoran Desert and the moment the Sea of Cortez appeared on the horizon — it just stuck. We kept coming back, year after year, until the day we decided to stop renting and start owning.

We named it Casa Bendicion — House of Blessing — because that's exactly what it is to us. Now we're sharing it with other families looking for the same escape we fell in love with.

When you stay here, you're not in a hotel room. You're in a place that's been cared for, loved, and stocked with everything you need to relax completely.

The Condos

Two Units, One Unforgettable Address

Units 703W and 704W sit on the 7th floor of the Sonoran Sea Resort. Both are privately owned, fully furnished, and steps from the pool deck and the beach. Reserve one, or book both for a larger group.

A spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo on the 7th floor with a private 300 sq ft covered balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez. King-size bed in every bedroom, full kitchen, and everything stocked for a stress-free stay.
